HOW TO USE

Shake well before use. *it can be applied directly to the eyelids or over eyeshadow*. Starting with one eyelid, apply two layers of eyeliner along you natural eyelid. Apply your false lash on the tacky lined eye. If necessary, reapply glue eyeliner to the inner and/or outer corner of your eye. Repeat steps to other eyelid.

**EXTRA TIPS**

To prevent drying out, its best to store glue eyeliner vertically, cap side down. To remove any residue, wipe the felt-tip with a lint-free cloth and makeup remover as needed. Although the glue eyeliner is designed to last all day, oily skin may require reapplication during the day. Remove with warm water or any makeup remover. If you have conjunctivitis or inflammation of the eyes, avoid using this product.
